The Route — Hanoi to Hoi An in 10 Days
The Ho Chi Minh Trail is rated Level 1–2 difficulty — predominantly paved throughout, with some remote western sections near the Lao border that have minimal infrastructure. It is significantly less technically demanding than Ha Giang or the Northwest off-road routes. What it offers instead is depth of history, variety of landscape, and a sustained sense of riding through the actual geography of the Vietnam War.
